  • An introduction to Self-Help Massage & The Massage Mitts.
  • How the Mitts are designed to help you follow the contours of your body for optium contact. To help you reduce your symptoms of pain, discomfort, restricted movement and to give yourself an effective and comfortable Massage. 
  • Learn how self-massage can reduce sore aching muscles and pain.
  • How massage promotes flexibility by softening tissue tension, adhesions and scar tissue. Improve skin tone and texture.
  • Stimulate the body's own self-regulating neurophysiological & biochemical response systems
  • An introduction to our Biotensegrity-focused approach to self-massage. 
  • Learn about biotensegrity, fascia and the tissue matrix, and how they impact function, interaction and condition of our 'body'.  
  • Small group sessions.

Price £60 per person, per workshop session

The workshop includes one pair of Massage Mitts  (R.R.P. £49.99) and 50mls of Grapeseed Masage oil.

What should I expect during the workshop?
• Great conversations in small groups to discus our everyday aches and pains. 
• Lots of information and advice on best practice for Self-Massage.
• A demonstration of various Massage routines – 
  •  Tennis Elbow
  •  Low back pain and Sciatica
  •  Head, neck and Face Massage
  •  Hip pain & More...
• Learn basic gentle massage techniques, hear about the benefits of a fascia and gentle soft tissue massage and a biotensegrity approach to massaging. 
What should I wear to the Massage Mitts self-massage workshops?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as you are able to easily axcess your arm, forearm, neck and shoulder if you wish to massage a small area of your skin for demonstration purposes (t-shirt, shorts). It's also fine if you wish to just watch the demonstrations!
This workshop is for -
• ANYONE over the age of 18 with aches, pains, restricted movements, or just wishes to imorove their general health!  
• EVERYONE intestesed in exploring the benefit of Self-Massage for pain relief, to increase flexibility and reduce body "congestion".
• Our aim is to reach as many people as possible to discuss the benefits of self-help massage. 
• I want to support you and empower you with supportive and clear information from a reliable evidence-based source!
Duration of the workshop is three hours. 
There are morning, afternoon and evening sessions available.
Covid 19 – social distancing, face coverings are recommended throughout the duration of the workshop. Hand washing facilities and hand sanitisers are provided.
