NB In the interest of hygiene, once the packaging has been removed, the item is non-returnable. Statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms and conditions are not intended to be a full statement of all your consumer rights. Full details of your rights are available from your local Citizens advice bureau or from your local trading Standards Office. Only U.K. laws are applicable and will apply.
Buying our products
It is our aim at Soma Therapies to dispatch our order within seven working days. Delays may occur under unanticipated circumstances, for example a pandemic or other restrictions that may cause us to run out of stock. In such a scenario our customers will be informed as soon as possible.
We use a single Delivery charges for all our purchases but we reserve the right to change our delivery charge at any time. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under “The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” and other legislations such as “the Consumer Rights Act 2015”. International Delivery may have similar rights for deliveries. Soma Therapies Ltd reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination(s).
If you choose to cancel you order for any reason –
You have the rights under “The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” and “The Consumer Rights Act 2015”. Consumer may cancel a contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. A full refund will be given for orders that have not been dispatched. If the goods have already been dispatched, please contact us for more information about product returns.
Our Prices
Prices shown are correct at the time of publication and all products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed VAT-inclusive in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
On occasion, Soma Therapies Ltd may run promotional offers on the website. These promotions are subject to availability and we reserve the right to end such promotions when we choose.
Payment
Payments on the MyKORI or Soma Therapies website are handled through PayPal and/or stripe. Purchases from outside the United Kingdom will be converted to GBP (£) by our payment processor before the transaction is complete. Customers from outside the UK may be charged by our third-party payment provider.
How to return a product to Soma Therapies –
Please follow the instructions below for your return to be processed:
- Please contact us and provide us with your name and a copy of your purchase receipt or copy of your Paypal or card transaction code
- Repack the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Please include a copy of your original delivery note or purchase receipt. Please include a cover note indicating and explaining any fault/defect perceived or experienced by you in the product
- The returns address is 78 Norbreck Road, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 1RP, England
- Please return the item via your local postal service and obtain proof of posting
- Soma Therapies will approve and process repair or replacement or refund only ifyour guarantee claim satisfies the criteria stated herein
Postage costs will be refunded where deemed appropriate by Soma Therapies.
Product Guarantee Policy
When you (the customer) purchase a product from Soma Therapies Ltd or Soma Therapies International (Soma Therapies), or a store offering Soma Therapies products, you are covered by a 12-month guarantee. This 12-month guarantee benefits are in addition to rights under consumer law.
Your Soma Therapies guarantee is covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or the delivery of the product to you, whichever happens later.
Your details will remain confidential and safe. We (Soma Therapies) will never send you any e-mail you haven’t explicitly accepted to receive.
Your guarantee covers –
This guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship when you use the product in accordance with Soma Therapies/MyKORI’s user leaflet and website information, technical specifications and other relevant guidelines during the guarantee period of 12 months.
Your guarantee does not cover –
This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, unless the damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; Or replaceable parts such as batteries which are supposed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; Or damage caused by use of the product with a third party component or product that does not meet the specifications and guidelines; Or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, natural calamities or other external cause; Or damage caused by your failure to operate the product by strictly following the user manual, the technical specifications or other relevant guidelines; Or defects caused by normal wear and tear of the product.
If you need to make a guarantee claim –
Soma Therapies will, at its discretion will either replace the product with the same model product; or refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product to Soma Therapies. Subject to what is or what is not covered by this guarantee. Before a replacement/refund is approved and processed by Soma Therapies, you may be required to respond to questions regarding diagnosis of problem(s) in the product and other guarantee-related issues. Soma Therapies shall bear all costs of any replacement product.
We will require a copy of your delivery note or/and proof of purchase for a guarantee claims.
If you are successful with a guarantee claim we would aim to send you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of your returned items to our UK Base for the replacement to reach your delivery address.
If Soma Therapies decides to make a refund instead of providing a replacement or repair, the refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned item by Soma Therapies.
If any term herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the guarantee and the legality of enforceability of the remaining terms shall be unaffected.

Massage Mitts and My Kori CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Take care when using my Kori for the first time, vibration can be intense. This product is for personal use only and is not to be shared with others to prevent cross contamination.
- Clean your Massage Mitts and/or MyKori after every use.
- Take care when cleaning Kori Remember it is an electrical item, moisture can damage the product and also react with the batteries.
- Always remove the batteries before cleaning and after using your Kori in order to keep it in optimum condition.
- Keep the Massage Mitts and My Kori clean and dry, store in a dry place, moisture can damage batteries and motor.
- Always store your Massage Mitts and/or MyKori separately, different materials have different chemical configurations and may react with each other.
- Always allow Kori to cool down before storing in a safe place, vibrators are electrical and motors get warm with use. Preferably in its own storage bag in between use, remove the battery and store in a cool dry place.
- Excessive usage of Kori will wear out the motor and may cause the motor to overheat. If you feel Kori is getting unduly hot, switch off and allow it to cool down, before continuing to use.
- Take care when using oils and lubricants so that they do not enter the battery compartment as they can react with the batteries.
- Use with water based lubricant only.
- The MAssage Mitts are dishwasher and washing machine safe.
BATTERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS BATTERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
IF THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT CONTAINS A PROTECTIVE SHEATH PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE.
- Do not mix different types of battery brands, or mix new and used batteries, as this may affect the performance of your Kori.
- Only use the recommended type of batteries, as stated on the package.
- Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity (+/-).
- Only operate when fully assembled in accordance with instructions (See diagram).
- The supply terminals should not be short circuited i.e. do not bridge terminals with metallic material.
- Take care when cleaning your toy remembering it is an electrical item and moisture can damage your toy and also react with batteries.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- To maintain battery life remove batteries after each use and before cleaning, this will help to keep your toy in optimum condition.
- Exhausted batteries should be removed from the product and recycled in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
- Store your vibrator in a clean dry environment as moisture can damage the batteries and the motor.
- Take care when using oils and lubricants that they do not enter the battery compartment as they can react with batteries.
WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, CHECK YOUR BATTERIES, THEY ARE USUALLY THE PROBLEM. RENEW YOUR BATTERIES TO RETURN YOUR MyKORI TO OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE.
